A Message from Françoise
I’m truly honored to welcome you to my website. Writing my latest book, Becoming: A Guide to Recovery from Sexual Addiction While Helping Your Partner Trust Again, was a deeply personal journey. Through this process, I’ve come to understand that recovery and healing in the aftermath of sexual integrity issues is an ongoing journey—one that requires courage, commitment, and an unwavering focus on both today and the future.
As I poured my heart into this book, I realized that my story, along with the stories of the brave individuals who allowed me to share theirs, needed more than just another written resource. While I have no doubt the book will be valuable, I want to offer something more—a space where we can continue the conversation.
This website is designed to be more than just an introduction to my work; it’s a place for connection. Through a blog, a monthly newsletter, videos, and interviews with others walking this journey, my hope is to create a supportive and engaging community. My invitation to you is simple: let’s get to know each other, learn together, and walk this path of healing side by side.
